At Illovo Car Service, your trust is the foundation of our business. We’re committed to delivering quality service and repairs that keep you and your car safe on the road. Our guarantee is simple: when you choose us, you choose peace of mind.

OUR TERMS OF GUARANTEE

We test every vehicle after servicing to ensure it meets our high standards of safety, reliability, and performance. However, vehicles are complex, and occasionally, issues may only surface after you’ve left our workshop.

If you experience a problem related to our workmanship or parts supplied by us, here’s how we’ll resolve it:

  1. Return to Our Workshop: The vehicle must be brought back to our Illovo workshop for assessment and repair.
  2. Independent Resolution: If there’s any dispute, we’ll involve an independent party, such as the AA, RMI, or MIO SA, to determine the cause of the issue. If the fault is due to our workmanship or parts, we’ll fix it—no questions asked.
  3. Fair and Transparent Process: If the issue is found to be unrelated to our work—such as normal wear and tear, inherent defects in the vehicle, or improper handling—we’ll guide you on the next steps but won’t be held liable.

WHAT OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

To keep things clear, our guarantee does not include:

  • Additional costs like towing fees, car hire, or accommodation.
  • Parts supplied by the client for us to install.
  • Second-hand parts.
  • Damage caused by other workshops or improper vehicle handling.
